Synergy is a wholy own subsidiary of Harmony Information Systems, Inc and was aquired in late 2007. We have been working for Synergy non- stop for almost a decade now. Synergy is the nation leader in proving health and human services solutions for the U.S. Aging Market. We have been mainly providing solution architecture services throughout the years but been also helping in operationnal support, software development life cycle optimization, network configuration, legacy software development and employee training.

Synergy offers a variety of products which are all build on top of Microsoft technologies like VB6, COM+, .NET 2.0, SQL Server and WCF.

BancTec Canada Inc

Banctec is a leading provider of integrated archive and billing services. They hired Omniscient Technology, a leading software consulting company based in Longueuil, to develop and maintain their .NET base libraries. Omniscient helped Banctec to create major products in .NET; amongst those, a Databridge for linking together their legacy product, plus the integration with another legacy product of a .NET-based keying application developed in the UK.

One of our most remarquable achievement with BancTec has been a small, two weeks contract where we successfully managed to create an astounding WPF add-on to BancTec's major product with animations and real-time updates from the server through WCF calls. We did that on time and on budget.

LabPlus Technologies Inc

Part of a larger conglomerate, LabPlus in Montreal creates and maintains a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) in ASP.NET 2.0 over SQL Server. They hired Omniscient to develop a workflow manager, with commands and control over navigation. Suddenly, a browser-based application became more predictable in terms of workflows and navigation.
